I Can’t, But There is a God in Heaven Who Can!!

I just love the title of this post!  I Can’t, But There is a God in Heaven Who Can! This is basically what Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar when the king asked him if he could not only interpret the kings dream, but also, tell the king what the dream was.  “I can’t,” said Daniel.  ‘But there is a God in Heaven who can!”

This reminds me of how I feel so many times.  Sometimes life just seems overwhelming. Schedules are crammed full, deadlines loom, and little fires are constantly in need of being put out.  Sometimes God’s task is just too big for me to even think that I should attempt it.  I keep telling myself,  “I can’t, but there is a God in Heaven who can.”

How about you?  Are you facing what appears to be an insurmountable challenge?  Looking for a job?  Praying for a breakthrough on a stronghold in your life?  Working on a difficult marriage?  Parenting teens who are determined to go their own way?  Perhaps you’re struggling to get over a deep disappointment or feelings of betrayal.

My friends, more than likely, you cannot do any of these things on your own.  But I have good news for you.  There is a God in Heaven who can help you do anything He has called you to do.  He revealed King Nebs dream to Daniel,  saving the lives of Daniel and his three friends.  He’ll do something equally amazing for you.  I just know it!
